Kirsten Ayars is the president and founder of Ayars & Associates. Her focus includes targeted public affairs outreach for land use and public works projects as well as strategic media relations.
Ms. Ayars enjoys the challenges and interesting aspects of new projects and different industries.
Prior to founding Ayars & Associates, Ms. Ayars led TynanGroup Public Affairs. Previously, she supervised the development and management of corporate communications at Priority Healthcare Corporation and SinusPharma, Inc.

Toby Ayars is a principal and founder of Ayars & Associates. He leads the public relations team specializing in marketing strategies, material development, and strategic outreach.
Mr. Ayars brings a fun and pragmatic view to projects where a lighter, logical approach results in enhanced community engagement and increased marketing return on investment.
Prior to founding Ayars & Associates, Mr. Ayars specialized in financial analysis and marketing at Pacifica Hotel Company.
